Job Description
- Execute tasks in line with policies and procedures to achieve sales targets and support strategic objectives.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for various products, ensuring compliance with client standards and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries, coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform technical calculations using CYMCAP software to address site-specific conditions and ensure optimal product performance.
- Provide clients and contractors with installation advice, ensuring compliance with load and voltage requirements.
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, offering expert advice on products and projects.
- Manage supplier negotiations, procurement coordination, and internal processes to meet product specifications and delivery timelines.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, needs assessment, and proactive resolution of concerns.
- Oversee sales orders, shipping, invoicing, and progress reporting while supporting business development initiatives.
- Conduct site visits, offer pre-sales and post-sales support, and prepare performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Up-to 04 years of experience in a related field.
- PMP, Sales & Marketing or any related training is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
